Yesterday, Governor Cuomo announced a $2 billion tax cut proposal, largely accepting the recommendations of his tax commission. At a time when schools around the state are unable to supply their students with basic educational resources, we think Gov. Cuomo’s priorities are totally askew. Read more about Gov.
